Robert Boyle, MPT  /  Physical Therapist

{ Duquesne, Bachelor of Science, Duquesne ~ Master's in Physical Therapy } Rob opened Rehab 1st in Cumberland, MD after seeing a tremendous need for a therapy clinic within the community. Rob believes in giving each patient individualized care during their treatment and implementing our philosophy that patient care ALWAYS comes first. Rob primarily works out of the Cumberland Clinic and enjoys treating all areas of physical therapy, specializing in sports therapy and vestibular rehab.When Rob is not caring for his patients or running his clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exercising, fly fishing, running, coaching and mentoring local youth athletic programs.

Christopher Morin, MPT  /  Clinic Director

{ Duquesne University } Christopher was previously employed by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centers, the last four years of which he was the facility director of a satellite outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. Christopher has extensive training in manual physical therapy for the spine and extremities, as well as advanced training in concussion management. Christopher is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Orthopedic section. He is credentialed by the APTA as a clinical instructor. A Cumberland native, Chris and his wife Mariah are happy to return to the area. They enjoy spending time outdoors in all seasons.

Melody Kentrus, DPT  /  Doctor of Physical Therapy

{ Shenandoah University, DPT ~ Frostburg State University, Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science/Health Fitness } Melody has been working at Rehab 1st since 2009. You’ll find her in the Cumberland clinic, and occasionally at our Frostburg clinic. Melody is also an Assistant Professor at Frostburg State University in the Kinesiology department. Her training in this field makes her a great fit for anyone trying to recover from a sports injury. Melody also specializes in Pediatric Therapy, specifically children with developmental delays. Melody and her husband, Ryan, coach a Triathlon team in their free time. Most of their nights and weekends are busy with planned runs, swims, bike rides and all-out races. Melody also enjoys traveling, smiling and hanging out with friends & family.

Tyler Bordick, DPT  /  Doctor of Physical Therapy

{ Slippery Rock University } Tyler joined the Rehab 1st team in 2015, specializing in sport's medicine. He began his professional career in long-term care and skilled nursing centers. Tyler's future objectives are to be certified with vestibular training, orthopedics, and manual therapy. Tyler enjoys spending time both outside and indoors with his wife and their dog. Tyler also enjoys all aspects of fitness including, powerlifting, long-distance running, biking, swimming, snowboarding, hunting, and fishing.

Charley Iliff, PTA  /  Physical Therapy Assistant

{ Allegany College of Maryland } Charley began working for Rehab 1st in 2003. He has experience in long term care as well as outpatient rehabilitation. Charley helps to provide treatment that improves patient mobility, relieves pain, and prevents or lessens physical disabilities of patients. He assists the physical therapist in the treatment of joint replacements, LBP, SI Dysfunction, overall deconditioning, gait & balance impairments, and Sport Injury Rehabilitation.Charley is an avid outdoorsman; spending most of his free time hunting and fishing. He is also an avid sports fan, who enjoys cheering for his favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees.

Christina Harr, PTA  /  Physical Therapy Assistant

{ Frostburg State University ~ Fayetteville Technical Community College }

Christina began working for Rehab 1st in 2008. She helps to provide treatment that improves patient mobility, relieves pain, and prevents or lessens physical disabilities of patients. Christina assists the Physical Therapist in treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as vestibular/balance disorders. She also enjoys treating female patients with an emphasis in Pilates Rehabilitation. When Christina isn’t treating at the clinic she loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outdoors jogging and exercising, and recently ran a full marathon!

Kimberlee Kelly, PTA  /  Physical Therapy Assistant

{ Penn State University } Kim works as a PTA in both the Frostburg and Cumberland clinics. She enjoys working in both clinics and forming relationships with her patients to encourage them to meet their therapy goals. Kim enjoys working with Orthopedic, balance and vestibular disorder, and pediatric patients. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She and her family are very active with sports. Kim loves to spend her spare time watching her kids participate in sports and boating at the lake.

Lorelei Huff, PTA  /  Physical Therapy Assistant

{ Allegany College of Maryland } Lorelei's education has provided her with experience in several different therapy disciplines including outpatient, inpatient, acute care and hospice settings. She enjoys administering therapy to all age groups as well as helping to provide treatment that improves patient mobility, pain relief, and prevention of physical disabilities. Through passion and determination, it is Lorelei's goal to make success stories out of the patients seeking her clinical guidance for their rehabilitation needs.When Lorelei is not working she enjoys jogging, scrap-booking, taking photos and spending quality time with nephews.


Christopher Shirko, PTA  /  Physical Therapist Assistant

{ Frostburg State University ~ Allegany College of Maryland } A native of Severn Maryland, Chris began working at Rehab 1st in 2015. After graduating from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree, Chris completed the Physical Therapist Program at Allegany College of Maryland. He had experience in several inpatient and outpatient facilities in the area. Chris predominately enjoys outpatient rehab and finds it rewarding to see his patient's progress and furthermore improve their daily living. He enjoys treating a variety of pathologies such as sports injury rehabilitation, joint replacements, gait and balance impairments, and neurological conditions. Chris enjoys spending time outdoors during all seasons: playing baseball/softball, Frisbee, snowboarding, and camping just to name a few. He also is a passionate sports fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Ravens, and Washington Capitals.

Ashlee Cook, PTA  /  Physical Therapist Assistant

{ West Virginia University, Bachelor of Arts ~ College of Maryland, Physical Therapist Assistant }

Ashlee Cook works at Rehab 1st and multiple skilled nursing facilities as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has 1 year experience in the outpatient healthcare rehabilitation field, including pediatrics, gait and balance impairments, orthopedic, general deconditioning and treatment of joint replacements. She developed an interest in healthcare after spending years in the fitness industry and seeing injuries frequently prevent clients from doing what they love. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University and an Associate degree from Allegany College of Maryland PTA program. Ashlee enjoys spending time with her husband and children, hiking, kayaking, exercising, and reading.

Kristine Claar, OTRL, CHT, CLT  /  Occupational Therapist

{ Mount Aloysius College ~ Misericordia University } Kristine has over 25 years of experience. She has treated in the home health setting, acute care hospital setting, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient rehabilitation facilities. Kristine is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and trained in Women's Health Therapy.

Christy Kegg, COTA/L  /  Occupational Therapy Assistant

{ Allegany College of Maryland } Christy works in both the Cumberland and Frostburg clinic. Her career started with one of our sister companies in a long term care facility in 2004. She has experience in acute care rehabilitation injuries, lymphedema management, wrist, hand, elbow and shoulder injuries. Christy is also one of our primary pediatric therapists at the Cumberland clinic, specializing in neuro development and assistance and training with activities of daily living.When Christy isn't working she enjoys spending time with her son Caleb and husband. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and going hiking.


Heidi Croyle, B. El. Ed., COTA/L  /  Occupational Therapy Assistant

{ Penn State University, Bachelor of Elementary Education ~ Allegany College of Maryland, Occupational Therapy Assistant } Heidi joined our Occupational Therapy team in 2013. Prior to her career in Occupational Therapy, Heidi worked as an elementary school teacher. This has contributed to her passion for treating children. She especially enjoys working with children who have Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, fine motor deficits, and handwriting difficulties. She also provides hand and lymphedema therapy. When not working, Heidi enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter. Reading is her favorite hobby.

Martha Schadt, MST, NCTMB, BS  /  Massage Therapist

{ Potomac Massage Training Institute ~ Frostburg State University } Martha joined us at Rehab 1st in 2002 after 12 years of private practice and has over 26 years of experience. Martha has experience as an instructor, does holistic health presentations and has a passion for expanding her knowledge through education and certifications. Her work is greatly influenced by movement awareness integration, muscle energy techniques and a strong spiritual presence. Addressing the physical, energetic and emotional body, she is able to create an atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and healing. Martha's many techniques include: orthopedic massage, facial rejuvenation and myofascial release.Martha spends her free time participating in local theater and singing with the Cumberland Choral Society and playing with her grand babies.


Maura Suilebhan, COTA/L  /  Clinic Director

{ Catonsville Community College • Wisconson-Madison University } Maura works at Rehab 1st as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. She has 3 years of experience in the outpatient health care rehabilitation field, including a focus on injuries to the upper extremity and manual therapy, among others. She developed an interest in healthcare after benefiting from therapy following a severe automobile accident 20 years ago. She chose to pursue a career in occupational therapy 6 years ago, after the birth of her son.


Maura holds a Master's degree in French and an Associate's degree from the School of Health Professors at Catonsville Community College. Maura enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her son's school, and participating in the local theater community as an audience member and actor.

Niral Patel, OTR/L, CLT  /  Occupational Therapist

{ Exeter University, England } Niral has been with Rehab 1st since 2007. She has over 21 years of experience and has worked in several states. She trained in England and moved to the USA in 1994. Niral loves every aspect of her job and enjoys the challenges of helping every patient under her care on the road to recovery. She likes the variety that her field brings with hand, elbow and shoulder diagnoses.


Niral has been trained in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy, including measuring for compression garments. Lymphedema treatment is beneficial for those with fluid build-up on any body parts, particularly arms and legs. This can be a result of surgery, chemotherapy/radiation, or many other medical causes including chronic swelling from Venous Insufficiency. This swelling may come on suddenly or a result of years of build-up.


Niral enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew. She spends much of her vacation time traveling all over the world to visit her widely spread out family.

Elise Munson, PT  /  Physical Therapist

{ University of Wisconsin - Madison, Bachelor's in Physical Therapy } Elise has been a practicing Physical Therapist for 19 years. Prior to joining our outpatient team, she worked for 6 years at Asbury Methodist Village providing in-patient rehabilitation at Wilson Healthcare Center and Kindley Assisted Living. Elise has had a variety of PT experience including acute care and in-patient rehab at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. She has worked with adults and children in an outpatient setting and worked in the Montgomery County School District. She's very excited to be a part of the Rehab 1st team!


Elise is originally from California, but has lived in Damascus, Maryland for the last 18 years with her husband, Cliff, and their three children.

Brad Hanson, PTA  /  Physical Therapist Assistant

Brad is a Physical Therapist Assistant, and the newest member to the Rehab 1st team. Sharing a special bond with his grandparents, Brad has a strong instilled passion for geriatric care. Having received his B.S. in Kinesiology from Univ. of Md., Brad considers himself a fiercely loyal Terps fan. He has received training in aquatic therapy, and enjoys the healing powers that the water has to offer.


Brad is also a Reiki practitioner during his free time. Reiki is a "hands-on" healing technique that utilizes energy to treat the physical body, emotions, mind and spirit to promote peace and relaxation within.


Brad enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, especially when it includes the company of his dog, Duchess. During the summer time, he enjoys volunteering at MDA Summer Camp to assist children with muscular dystrophy have the time of their lives in a week-long overnight camp.

Tammy Poteat  /  Regional Office Manager

Tammy has been with the company since October 2001. She oversees all three of our clinics, making sure things are running smoothly. It’s Tammy’s job to make sure we are keeping your treatments in line with what the doctor ordered, and that we’re keeping in compliance with insurance restrictions. When she’s not at work, Tammy enjoys adventuring through life with her family.

Tracy Greely  /  Outpatient Marketer

{ Indiana University of Pennsylvania, B.S. Marketing } Tracy joined the Rehab 1st team in August 2017. With years of experience in the banking and retail industries, her outgoing personality is the perfect fit for Rehab 1st. Tracy visits our local physicians and attends events in our community, to share what services Rehab 1st has to offer. When she is not at work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in her children's extracurricular activities, and exercising.


Wendy Maddux  /  Front Office Manager

{ Frostburg State University, B.A. in Psychology } Wendy has been with Rehab 1st since 2001. She started her career with us in Cumberland, then transferred to Frostburg when we opened in 2003. As the front Office Manager, Wendy ensures that all operations are running smoothly. She will contact your insurer making sure everything is in order for your visit. Wendy enjoys getting to know our patients and making their therapy experience a positive one.In her free time, Wendy likes to spend time with her husband, Chris and children, Emily and Benjamin. She spends many hours being "chauffeur" to dance class and soccer practices during the week. She enjoys scrap-booking, cooking and photography.

Mark Williams  /  Front Office Manager

Mark Williams has been a member of the Rehab 1st family since March of 2017. A veteran of the healthcare industry for over a decade, Mark has worked with all types of individuals, from pediatric to geriatric. At the Rehab 1st Gaithersburg clinic, he serves alongside the therapists and assistants by overseeing the front office to make certain everything runs as smoothly as possible. Overall, Mark enjoys the daily one-on-one interaction with patients. His hobbies include reading, traveling and cars, as well as all types of science and technology.

Lakacia Whitaker, BS  /  Front Office Assistant

{ Morehead State University } Kacia has been with the company since January 2015, she brings over 5 years of experience in a health care setting.   It is Kacia’s job to make sure your treatment is authorized, and that you stay compliant with your treatment plan and within insurance specifications.


When not at work, Kacia enjoys reading, traveling, and camping with her family.

Cheri Magruder works at Rehab 1st as a Front Office Assistant.  She has 11 years experience in the healthcare industry.  When she is not at work, Cheri enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and being outdoors.
